This list was obtained by two ways:
(i) Searching the orthologs of Pseudomonas syringae against Pseudomonas aeruginosa PAO1 (as reference) from Pseudmonas Genome DB .
(ii) Pre-calculated potential effector proteins were extracted from EffectiveDB , using P. syringae pv. syringae B728a as reference.

Further, the annotations for the identified proteins were extracted from P. syringae ALF3 protein annotations.
