About Prediction Phases

Phase 1 - This is first phase where a query sequence is being predicted as enzyme or non-enzyme

Phase 2 - This phase will run phase1 first followed by phase2 where a query sequence is first predicted as enzyme or non-enzyme followed by prediction of enzyme as Nitrogen biochemical network-related or Non-nitrogen biochemical network-related .

Phase 3 - This phase classify Nitrogen biochemical network-related enzymes predicted in Phase 2 in 9 classes

Phase 4 - This phase further predict the EC number for a selected Nitrogen biochemical network-related enzymes class predicted in phase 3

About Prediction Strategy

DNN: Deep Neural Network based prediction. Which uses trained models for prediction.

Homology: Similarity based prediction. Uses blast /diamond(fast) for finding similarity.

DNN + Homology: This approach combines results of Deep Neural Network based prediction and Similarity based prediction.
